Throughout its more than 30 years of existence, IVN has been dedicated to growing in a sustainable way and being recognized for its high quality standards. We are committed to promoting the sustainable development and responsible use of natural resources, and this is reflected in the way we wash and dye our parts. We believe that "doing consciously" is the future.

OUR SYSTEM:  Our system is based on three basic principles: - Total traceability, from the selection of chemical products that respect human health and the environment to final quality control of 100% of all products;  - Using “Eco Wash” productive processes, as well as the responsible use of water; - Energy efficiency and reduction in energy consumption. SUSTAINABILITY AND OUR COMMITMENT TO OUR CUSTOMERS In 2017, we introduced Eco Wash processes which allow us to reduce water consumption by 75% in the washing process. These processes account for 60% of our production.  By using Eco processes, the need for heating water is reduced, which leads to a reduction in pellet use and, therefore, a reduction in CO2 emissions. As we all know, carbon dioxide (CO2) is the gas that contributes most to the greenhouse effect.  In 2018, Eco Dye processes were introduced, in which 100% natural dyes are used. We are on board with the ZDHC commitment, which is mandatory for some customers, and with the Zero Discharge by 2030 programme. 85% of the chemical products we work with are GOTS chemicals. We perform compound analyses on the water resulting from our processes four times a year to assure and improve our performance. We have GOTS, OCS, RCS and OEKO-TEX Class 1 certification.   ISO 14001 certification is the next step! Environmental policy43.98 KB
